Mapper.hessian(queries, nthreads=None)[source]#

Map hessian field into the physical domain

Hessian is in form

\[H^k_{ij} = \frac{\partial^2 f_k}{\partial x_i \partial x_j}\]
Parameters:
  • queries ((n, para_dim) array-like) – Points for evaluation

  • nthreads (int) – Threads used for calculation

Returns:

gradient

Return type:
